Born March 2, 2007 at 3:38pm. She weighed 5lbs 8oz and was 18 1/2 inches long.

New Arrival!!

Lillie Kathleen Moseley was born on March 2, 2007 at 3:38pm. She weighed 5lbs 8oz. She is a beautiful little girl who seems to favor Leah at the moment. I will post pictures after I go up there on Wednesday.

An update on Leah and Lillie

Leah started having contractions last night in the late evening. They went to the hospital at 9:00pm. Dad called at 5:30 this morning and said that he and Mom were on their way to Dallas (Mom didn't sleep last night so dad is driving). The baby's heart rate is doing crazy things so they gave Leah an epidural and have her on oxygen. They thought (and as far as I know they still do) that the cord might be around the baby's neck. They were considering a c-section. A few minutes ago Dad said they had broke her water so it sounds like they are going to let her deliver. They expect a baby this afternoon! I'll update as I get reports.

Future Plans

For about a year I have been dreaming and planning of a future -special- anniversary trip. Not thinking clearly at the time, we planned our wedding to take place in the winter. There seems to be a lot less choices of places to go in the winter unless you are terribly fond of skiing. For some reason or another (probably saw a movie or something) Vermont has embedded itself in my dreams and will not leave. I see sleigh rides and snow and hot choclate,etc... So, for several months I searched the internet trying to find the perfect B&B for us to stay at. After MUCH deliberation I have decided. Winham Hill Inn. Then I went a step farther..or is it further?... and picked the exact room I want to stay in. White Barn, North Loft. Those of you that know me are probably thinking to yourself, "Of course she picked that room. Look at the cost." But I don't care, I tell you. It's my dream and it can be whatever I want. I am quite aware that this trip will probably never happen but "I can dream, can't I?" It's beautiful and romantic and if Jason is so inspired, he can go out on our (private) deck in the freezing cold and paint a beautiful snow scene. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area also. Now I'm going to go take a nap and dream of my beautiful Vermont.

Elaina wanted to go outside today so bad and because of the weather I couldn't take Claire out. Pappy saved the day and stopped by on his way home for a little fun in the sun..er...cold.

Today feels like Christmas is coming so I'm watching Holiday Inn and getting myself all pumped up for the holiday season-which has already passed. Snow does crazy things to people.

We have a home again!!

After a good month of living out of boxes and tubs we are finally in our new house. We have had requests for "a tour" so here goes... (Please keep in mind that everything is crazy right now but it WILL be clean one day! :)) Double click on the pictures to see them larger.
