My Favorite Quote From Family Day
Harris:
"I would love to have a pillow made just out of Claire's legs."
And that's why we call her, Fluffy.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!
We have finally, officially, decided on a name. There was much debating as whether Edith flowed better as a first name or middle name with Isabella or Adelaide. It was strongly desired by one that Edith not be the first name but it just sounded weird as a middle name with those particular choices. All day today I surfed the Internet looking at other names. Hard work paid off and success is mine...
Drum roll please.
Eily Edith. (sounds like eye-lee)
We're so excited to have reached a decision!!!

Thoughts bouncing around...
I don't know what to post. But something.
It's an erie feeling, this being alone. Elaina is being intertained by Nanny and Pappy's collection of Disney movies. Claire is sleeping. Jason is at home painting. No one is pulling on my leg, trying to crawl into my lap, shouting my name as loud as they possibly can, you get the picture. But I'm not really alone. Baby #3 is all safe and snug inside. He/she is my constant companion and that is the feeling I enjoy the most from pregnancy. No one can ask to hold them. No can ask to play with them. Nothing. They are my possession for the moment. Rather nice. Once they are here I'm usually very glad for others to occupy their time. Especially when there is more than one. It's a big help. But right now, I love that no matter where I go, I've got a buddy. Like I said before. Rather nice.

Sad News
I hadn't felt sick at all this pregnancy and it actually worried me a little because that's not like me. I have a friend that lives in TN that does ultrasounds for a living and she gave me one today. We couldn't find a heartbeat and the baby measured 5.5 weeks and by my dates it should be 7 weeks. There is a very slight chance that I am still pregnant but it's not likely. My body is not trying to lose the baby yet so next week I will go in and have some blood work to make sure it isn't living and if it isn't, I guess I will have to get a DNC. It's hard and weird but in all we are doing ok. Please pray for us.

So I realized that I desperatly needed another update.
Baby number 3 is on the way. I'm guessing that it is due the end of April. Perhaps around Sarah's birthday. I'm going to have an ultrasound done tomorrow so I should have a more precise date then.
Elaina and Claire will turn 2 and 1 at the end of this month. They are both talking exceptionally well and a lot. (Wonder who they possibly could have gotten that from?) Claire isn't walking yet but she started taking more chances with it this week. She will let go of one item before she has a hold of the next one. It's not much but it is something. I think if we really work with her it will be soon.
Jason's art career is booming here in Fort Smith. He was appointed the Ambassador of Arkansas for the Portrait Society of America and has several commissions in the works. Along with that he has his regular job as the Program Director for the Fort Smith Art Center. He's a busy man but a happy one. And he might be a bit stressed at the thought of another little dependent. :)
We are settling in the new home. The girls have had no problem adjusting. I think they immediately forgot about their former home. I know, I know. I will post pictures as soon as I remember to take them AND as soon as the house is spotless. So probably never.
That's about all I can think of right now. Chat with you soon (hopefully).

Update
We are in the process of moving so there has been little time or energy to get on this computer. Soon, though.
Everyone is invited to our new house for a shindig on August 25th. We should have food ready around noon and you can stay as long as you like. If you need directions you can call me or mom and dad. I don't feel like letting the world know my number so if you don't have either one of our numbers, get ahold of a PB directory and look up Dad's name.
See you there!
