Tomorrow is Jason's last day to be a Tennessee man. The rest of us are joining him in Arkansas after Christams. It's hard to make leave the family here but at the same time we are excited to join the family in Arkansas. Pray for everyone here as it is extra hard for them to loose their grandbabies, great-grandbabies, nieces, cousins, etc...

I want to write a post about how much I love my cousins, Molly and Kathryn. I loooooove you guys a manillion times more than you realize. (We even considered naming Claire- Molly Kathryn- but were afraid some would think that was taking things a bit to far.) Just know that you are in our hearts ALWAYS!!!

Elaina walked ON PURPOSE for the first time tonight! We were all proud but I think she was the proudest as she screamed/squealed each time she "accomplished her mission." I hope to post pictures as soon as they are loaded.

Mommy's Big Girl, An Ode to Elaina

These are a few pictures of Elaina in her first year of life. Having a new sister has thrown her world a little off and although she has had her moments she is coping very well. Today she kissed Claire for the first time. I'm proud of her. She's my big girl.

It's Box Social Time!!!!

Tomorrow night marks the 10th annual Box Social!! We have traveled 9 hours for this wonderful event and would have traveled 9 more if necessary. All women, young and old alike, cook that food and decorate that box! All men....get those wallets ready and let the fun begin!!!

New Baby, New Routine

This was me Friday morning breathing steady, not thinking about flowers opening up(what's up with that suggestion?), and waiting, waiting, waiting....


And this was me Friday afternoon-still not thinking about flowers- holding our new baby girl. Her name is Rachel Claire Sacran and we call her Claire. She weighed 6lbs 9oz., was 20 3/4 inches long and has a lot of very dark brown hair. She is so cute and cuddly and I can't wait to show her off to everyone in person!

The Name Game

Ok,ok... We have officially decided on a name. The only clue I will give is that we are going to share the same initials. So, I would love to see what guesses you all come up with. You never know, we might end up using your idea!! (I am very fickle with this child so far.)

Today's Thoughts

I thought I might say another something or two and see if anyone responds. I was quite shocked to have 3(!!) comments from my first pitiful entry. Thank you all for your support.

We are doing wonderful here on County Farm Road. I am VERY ready to meet the newest member of our family and I have to say it feels like she is very ready to come out. W have changed our name for those of you who are interested to know. We have decided upon Adrianna Elise. What thinkest thou?
