This is our new favorite recipe for potato soup! Pair it with a sandwich for a super easy supper!
*2 pckgs frozen hashbrowns (I use one Wal-Mart brand southern-style and one Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers.)
*2 pckgs Pioneer gravy mix (I use one country-style and one pepper-style.)
*48 oz. fat-free chicken broth

Put hashbrowns in a pot. Stir the gravy mix with a little of the broth and dump that and remainder of broth in pot. Cook until potatoes are done and desired thickness of soup is achieved. Enjoy!
Note: You could also add chopped ham or summer sausage, etc. to make it go a little further.
