Once Again...

I am taking the computer to Best Buy this morning so they can confirm that the problem that they have "fixed" twice is indeed still on this flinging-flanging piece of technology. Once I do that, I have to show them the original receipt and we can then get our refund. Yeah!!!!! Just in case the problem doesn't want to show up when we are there in the store, I took a picture of when it happened yesterday and I drew an illustration of the box that pops up. I am prepared.

Ooooo, good thinkin' with taking that picture. I sure hope all works out well for you to get your refund. Remember to ask for Eric the Store Manager! :-)
