Items that only the more expensive name-brands should be used because it really makes a difference:

1. Q-Tips
2. Trash bags
3. Dr. Pepper
4. Toothpaste
5. Laundry detergent (Only, Gain Original Scent)(For me, anyways)
6. Dryer Sheets (same scent)
7. Pantyhose

(Thank goodness for sales and coupons.)

for me... I was re-telling this to Kara just the other day -

Q-tip cotton swabs
Kleenex brand tissues

Q-tips, yes.

I would add:

1) Viva paper towels. Oh how I adore them. I have to try really hard not to get childishly peavish if someone picks up a different brand for my kitchen.

2) Pens. A good pen is a great and continual joy. (You knew I would work office supplies into this somehow, right?)

3) Tea. There is just no point in boiling water for poorly-processed tea leaves. Ehh.

4) Yogurt. HUGE difference here. In fact, I question whether most of the syrupy sweet, slick-textured stuff in stores should even be called yogurt.

I must stop lest I think of too many and be thought a snooty snooterson.

Okay, here's my list:

1. Electrasol finish powerball dishwasher detergent--no pre-rinsing and I almost NEVER have to rewash anything.
2. Angel Soft toilet paper--more bang for the buck. Don't have to use as much per use as generic. lol
3. Dove sensetive skin soap--allergies. need i say more?
4. Bounty dryer sheets or dryer bar (loving that right now)-- we have 3 cats in the house and when I use this stuff on our clothes, cat hair just doesn't stick as bad.
